We plan tent placement, guest flow, dining, lounge, bar, and dance floor areas, with detailed CAD renderings available on request so you can picture the space before install day.
Delivery & Pickup
Our crews coordinate arrival times with your venue, planner, or community and handle the heavy lifting on both ends of your event.
Professional Tent Installation
Experienced installers set tents, sidewalls, lighting, flooring, and staging securely, using staking or ballast suited to your lawn, patio, or hardscape.
Permit Guidance
Rules vary between cities, counties, and island towns. We help you understand what your location requires and provide the necessary tent documentation.

Plan for the Heat
From late spring through early fall, shade and airflow matter. Consider open or partial sidewalls, fan brackets for air circulation, and an evening start time.
Have a Storm Plan
Summer afternoons often bring pop-up thunderstorms, and hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30. Keep an indoor backup nearby, because a tent is not a safe place to wait out lightning.
Respect the Shoreline
Sea turtle nesting season runs May 1 through October 31 on local beaches, with rules for lighting and overnight items on the sand. We’ll help you plan around them.
